Yet despite their tireless efforts, many of them receive little recognition or support for the essential work they do. The "Building Hands" campaign is our heartfelt tribute to these unsung heroes. Its goals include: Providing symbolic financial rewards to express appreciation. Offering psychosocial support programs to alleviate work stress. Supplying proper work uniforms and safety gear to ensure dignity and protection. Launching community campaigns to spread awareness and respect for their roles.
